Site work and renovation of a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Work will include but not be limited to site work, including demolition and removal of one (1) bolted steel Ground Storage Tank No. 1; installation of one (1) welded steel Ground Storage Tank No. 1; electrical, conduit, controls, wiring and cathodic protection system for Ground Storage Tank No. 1; power washing, abrasive blasting and recoating existing welded steel Ground Storage Tank No. 2; removal and replacement of cathodic protection system for Ground storage Tank No. 2; removal and replacement of roof vent, roof access hatch, and interior access ladder for Ground Storage Tank No. 2; Power wash, abrasive blast and recoat all above ground existing piping that are to remain in place; proposed 8-inch, 10-inch, 12-inch water line piping; proposed storm sewer adjustments; proposed electrical modifications for the control building; removal and replacement of concrete driveways including proposed conduit and modify site drainage; removal and replacement of site piping, capping water lines, and installing blind flange; removal and replacement of chemical lines and appurtenances. A Bidder submitting Electronic Bids must submit its Bid and bid securities throughwebsite.. By submitting a Bid, Bidder acknowledges and agrees that the Contract Documents may be accepted, executed or agreed to through the use of an Electronic Signature. A cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
