Remodeling of a municipal facility in Centerville, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 550-square-foot municipal facility.
Project consists of remodel of the Citys existing 550 sf council chambers, remodel of the existing lobby, and new mechanical systems for the adjacent office space. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance meeting the requirements found with this Project Manual and in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. Both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond will be required, each in an amount equal to 100 percent of the Contract Sum.
