Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a transportation facility in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the addition of a 26,560-square-foot transportation facility; for the renovation of a 33,991-square-foot transportation facility; for site work for a transportation facility; and for the demolition of a transportation facility.

The project consists generally of construction of 26,560 square foot of new terminal space and 33,991 square foot of renovated space in the existing terminal. The 26,560 SF new terminal consists concrete foundations, structural steel/steel bar joist/metal deck-poured in place floor deck structural system. Exterior envelope is a combination of precast panels, aluminum curtain wall glazing system, EIFS and rigid insulated membrane roofing system. Interior finishes are comparable to the existing airport interiors. New mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, electrical power/lighting/data systems are incorporated into the project. The 33,991SF renovated includes modifications to existing spaces and interior finishes as well as plumbing, fire protection, mechanical and electrical power/lighting/data systems. Additionally, the scope encompasses all site work, erosion control, foundation installation, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, backup generator, utilities for building services, pavement construction and other related work.
