Renovation of a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. Completion- 270 days MBE (11%), WBE (7%) Willow Meadow - Removal and disposal of accumulated solids from wetwell; Selective demolition of existing wet well top slab, hatches, pumps, piping, valves, electrical and control equipment, and all related appurtenances as shown on the drawings; Abandonment of dry pit, plug wall penetrations and fill; Rehabilitation of influent manhole; Rehabilitation of wet well walls and ceiling with concrete fillers and 100% solids epoxy coating; Installation three (3) new 15 HP submersible pumps, controls, piping, valves, appurtenances, vent piping. Coating of all new pumps, piping, valves and appurtenances as shown and specified in accordance with Section 09901 coating schedule FM-1 or FM-14; New pump access hatches with safety grating system; Provide new water service with meter, hose bibb, backflow preventer and hot box; Replacement of wood fence with chain link fence and gates;
