Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Scope of Work includes construction of approximately 8,950 LF of 84-inch water line along CenterPoint Energy Northbelt Corridor beginning approximately 1,100 feet west of Bammel North Houston Road and ending approximately 3,200 feet east of Antoine Drive in Harris County, Texas. Estimate: $20,000,000 to $22,000,000 A bid bond in the amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID must accompany each BID as a guarantee that the Successful Bidder will enter into a proper Contract and execute Bonds and Guaranties on the forms provided within eight (8) days after the date Contract Documents are received by the CONTRACTOR. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board. Any contract or contracts awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are expected to be funded in part by a loan or grant from the Texas Water Development Board. Neither the state of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees are or will be a party to this Invitation for Bids or any resulting contract. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all BIDs and to waive technical defects in bidding. The deadline to ask questions is 1/29/2021 11:50 PM CST
