The deadline to ask questions is 11/07/2020 12:00 AM CST This project is a part of North Harris County Regional Water Authority's (Authority) 2025 water supply system plan, a multiyear project which will carry water from the City's Northeast Water Purification Plant (NEWPP) to a new SH 249 Regional Pump Station and Storage Facility. The 2025 water supply system plan consists of major improvements to the transmission system to transition from primarily groundwater to surface water in order to comply with the Harris-Galveston Coastal Subsidence District's (HGCSD) regulatory plan. Location: BW8 West of Sharmon to East of Ella, South to Plaza Verde, East to Green Plaza Dr., Harris County, Texas.
