The City of Jamestown is requesting sealed bids for: Jackson-Taylor Park Restrooms Addition The Project consists of construction of a restroom addition onto an existing concession building. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid price, conditioned that, if the proposal is accepted, the Contractor will enter into a contract for the same, and will execute any such further security as may be required for the faithful performance of the contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days of the date of the receipt of bids. The right to reject any and all bids, to waiver any inconsistencies in, or to make any award to other than the low bidder, should it be deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Jamestown, and in accordance with the law, are herewith reserved. The work will be located on 10th Street near Lafayette Street intersection
