Site work and new construction of a civil project in Pincher Creek, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the construction of a water / sewer project.
The Municipal District of Pincher Creek (Owner) is requesting submissions for Qualification of Contractors to bid on the: Beaver Mines Sanitary Lift Station The project includes the construction of a new lift station located in the Hamlet of Beaver Mines. The lift station will convey untreated wastewater to a wastewater treatment site (by others), located approximately 2.5km away, northwest of the Hamlet, at the junction of Highway 507 and TWP Rd. 62. Construction will include all civil site work, building construction, process and mechanical piping, instrumentation, and odour control system. Major work items for this contract will include the following (approximation): Beaver Mines Lift Station: New building (wood frame with block veneer), Cast-in-place concrete dry well/wet well, Progressive Cavity Pumps supply and installation, Process mechanical piping, Underground piping, Odour Control System (carbon scrubber), Electrical, controls and instrumentation, Civil site work.
