The Municipal District of Pincher Creek No. 9 (MD) periodically tenders out for certain services. The MD requests Hourly Rate bids (including qualified operators) for the hauling of gravel from MD stockpiles. We are looking for 3-5 trucks to work with our existing crew in hauling and spreading gravel on the MD's road network on an as required basis. Preference will be given to tri-axle dual cross clam belly dump trailers with individual gate trips. Tenderers must also provide programmable two-way radio that can be programmed to a channel that the MD currently utilizes. We typically haul approximately 55,000 to 75,000 yd3 per season. Bidders can expect between 5 and 6 weeks work at 8 hrs a day Monday to Friday or 10 hrs a day Monday to Thursday. For additional information or questions, please contact the MD at 403-627-3130.
