Northeast Creek Park Playground Side Renovation consists of the total reconfiguration of facilities on the playground side of the park and obtaining a stormwater permit for the entire park property (80+/- acres). Park improvements will include upgrades to meet current ADA standards (where required). Stormwater permitting, design services for all planned renovations, and permitting of construction activity has been completed. Phase I improvements included construction of new restrooms, a splash pad, and associated site work and parking lot improvements. Completed Phase II improvements included a new playground. Completed Phase III renovation of existing shelter and restrooms. This phase is expected to begin FY21 Phase IV improvements include the construction of a large shelter, smaller shelters, and ninja course. This phase is expected to begin FY23. Phase V improvements include the construction of a walking trail. This phase is expected to begin FY25.
