Snowplowing Services The Bid Will Be Awarded Subsequently at a Regular Meeting of the Shrewsbury Borough Council Held at the Shrewsbury Borough Office on September 9, 2020 at 7:00 P.m. Or Thereafter. All Bid Envelopes Must Be Sealed With Bids for Snowplowing Services for Shrewsbury Borough Plainly Marked on the Outside of the Envelope and Placed in the Drop Box Outside the Borough Office or Mailed to the Attention of Cindy Bosley, Secretary for Shrewsbury Borough at the Borough Office. The Bid Submitted Should Be for Price Per Hour for Driver and Truck (Minimum 33,000 Gvw) With a Minimum of Eleven 11 Foot Wide Power Reversible Snowplow and Spreader. Service Providers Will Be Required to Respond to the Borough's Request for Plowing Services Within 90 Minutes of Notification and Will Be Guaranteed a Minimum of 4 Hours Plow Time Per Request. The Successful Bidder Must Be Willing to Provide Proof of Insurance and Sign an Agreement of Indemnity With the Borough. A Surety Bond or Cashiers Check in the Amount of $500.00 Must Accompany All Bids as Security for Performance by the Successful Bidder. The Borough Reserves the Right to Waive Any Technicalities or Informalities and the Right to Reject Any and All Bids. No Bidder May Withdraw Its Bid for a Period of 45 Days After the Date Set for the Opening Thereof.
