Schedule - wner intends construction completion prior to December 25, 2020 Architectural Scope of work has been clarified as follows: 1. Synthetic Micro-Fiber is not required in footings or walks. It is only required in the market slab itself. 2. Four inches of gravel is to be installed below market concrete slabs. Soil fill is permitted under walk per Section 31 20 00 3.10 3. Vapor Barrier is not required under concrete slabs. 4. Concrete walk to be 4" thick. 5. Wire mesh reinforcing is not required for any concrete flat work. 6. Spoils to be removed from project site per Section 31 20 00 3.18. Topsoil may be redistributed on site. 7. Concrete finish to be broom finish per Section 03 30 00 3.7.B B. Civil Scope of work has been clarified as follows: 1. Gravel has been extended behind the building. C. Structural Scope of work has been clarified as follows: 1. 8x8 Wood column noted on drawings is designed to be imbedded in concrete for lateral stability. This detail relies on continuity of the post out of the foundation uninterrupted to bearing. Recognizing the difficulty in doing this for the taller columns, the Owner will consider cost saving details that provide the same lateral stability but split the overall height in a spliced connection. For the purposes of bidding however, contractors shall bid the posts as continuous. 2. Upper level roof may be pre-manufactured "w" truss with decorative gusset plates similar to those used in the framing elsewhere. D. Mechanical Scope of work has been clarified as follows: 1. There are no drinking fountains on the project
