**As of June 27, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Bid Package 2 scope includes: o Building site utilities from ROW o Building site sidewalks and Parking lot o General Construction o Sewer service from Existing SSMH 319 to building o Water Service from meter crock to building o Strom Service o Storm Line A CO1- DBI 3 o Storm Line B entirety o Storm Line D DBI 6 - DBI7 o Maintenance of detention pond and SWPP o Final grade, Landscaping Seed and straw Questions concerning this Invitation for Bid may be directed to Tyler Powers via email (tyler@brownee.com) until 2:00 pm (local time) on June 10, 2025. Bid Package 2 consists of building construction, final grading, hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, site enclosures and site electric, maintenance of SWPP, and sanitary, storm, water, electric, and data service. The Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor Stipulated Sum (AIA Document A101- 2017) will be used. All work on the project is expected to start no later than July 21, 2025, and be complete no later than February 28, 2026
