**As of June 27, 2025, the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** Bid Package 1 scope includes: _ 245' public road construction _ Sidewalks _ Public utilities _ Site grading _ Detention pond This project is supported by the Administration for Children and Families of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) as part of a financial assistance award totaling $2,184,151 with 100 percent funded by ACF/HHS. The contents are those of the author(s) and do not necessarily represent the official views of, nor an endorsement, by ACF/HHS, or the U.S. Government. The project consists of public road construction, sidewalks, public utilities, site grading, and a detention pond. The Standard Form of Agreement Between Owner and Contractor Stipulated Sum (AIA Document A101-2017) will be used. All work on the project is expected to start no later than Monday June 9, 2025, and be complete no later than August 30, 2025. Question Deadline 05/20/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents or discovery of any ambiguities, inconsistencies or errors in the Bidding Documents shall be submitted in writing to the Architect. Questions received less than 5 days prior to the date for opening Bids will not be answered.
