Description

Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Knowlton, Quebec. Design plans call for the construction of a 21,600-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Construction of a Fire Station and Emergency Measures Centre in Lac-Brome. The new building will house offices, rooms for Emergency Measures Centre, staff training, locker rooms, showers, washrooms, parking garage for special vehicles. The garage will have four doors in front and four doors in the rear of the building (8640 sq ft). TIMELINE: Design is underway. Tender call is anticipated in summer, 2026. Construction schedules will be established at a later date. Further update in spring, 2026.
