*Award subject to final approval Reference Number : 1707672 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-04-17 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Ville de Lac-Brome is requesting tenders for the call for tenders AO VLB2023-07 - Design and construction of a pumptrack at Lions Park. The successful tenderer will have to provide all the normal services that are usually required for this type of project. The tenderer must obtain the tender document directly from the Electronic Tendering System by contacting one of its representatives by telephone at 1-866-669-7326 or 514-856 -6600 or by consulting the website . The documents must be obtained at the cost established by them. The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to Ville de Lac-Brome according to the conditions of the call for tenders. All tenders must be produced and submitted on the tender form provided for this purpose and comply with the conditions stipulated in this request for tender and the accompanying Quote. The City of Lac-Brome has adopted a contract management policy that applies to this contract. In particular, all submissions must be accompanied by the declaration attached hereto, duly completed and signed before a commissioner for oaths. Ville de Lac-Brome does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers.
