This is a two (2) year contract. The tenderer must have an establishment in Quebec or in a territory covered by an intergovernmental agreement on the liberalization of markets applicable to Ville de Lac-Brome according to the conditions of the call for tenders. All tenders must be produced and submitted on the tender form provided for this purpose and comply with the conditions stipulated in this tender request and the accompanying estimate. The City of Lac-Brome has adopted a contract management policy that applies to this contract. In particular, all submissions must be accompanied by the declaration attached hereto, duly completed and signed before a commissioner for oaths. With its tender, the tenderer must post a tender guarantee representing ten percent (10%) of the total, before taxes, of the tender in the form of a certified check drawn on a Canadian chartered bank or a credit union, payable to Ville de Lac-Brome or an irrevocable letter of bank guarantee or a bond of the same value. Ville de Lac-Brome does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented and incurs no obligation towards the tenderers.
