This Contract provides for the improvement of the Beverly Bridge by rehabilitating the existing bridge converting it from a railroad bridge to a trail use bridge incorporating it into the Palouse to Cascades State Park Trail. PROJECT LOCATION: The bridge is over the Columbia River approximately seven miles southerly of Vantage, Washington, spanning both Kittitas and Grant Counties.
