The entire vessel interior (Except the dome) shall be relined utilizing a premium grade vinylester resin and suitable catalyst system compatible with the chemical being stored. All charges should be included on the Price Sheet which includes all associated costs (including but not limited to delivery, freight, etc.) Contractor shall furnish a labor and material bond in the form attached hereto as Exhibit "B," which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total compensation to be paid to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement Work shall be completed within 15 days of Notice to Proceed (NTP Prevailing wages - When applicable, the City is subject to the State of California prevailing wage laws as set forth in California Labor Code Section 1770 et seq.
