Scope of Services o Assistance with Sanitary Sewer Overflow (SSO's) response in the event of failure beyond City's response capability or other sewer related emergency; o Assistance with collection system main line bypass or other wastewater projects; o Assistance with sewer line maintenance cleaning and CCTV inspection activities due to resources constraints and/or projects; CCTV reports and documentation must be provided in GraniteNet Software o Hour rate for equipment to include all costs associated with the equipment including fuel, mileage, related equipment, and supplies; o Linear foot rate to include all costs associated with the service including staff, equipment, fuel, mileage, related equipment, and supplies; o Provide proper supervision and appropriate traffic control at the job site during all phases of work; o All work to be performed in a safe manner, using the appropriate personal protective equipment and in accordance with the City's safety practices, OSHA, and job specific contractor requirements; o If required, prepare an Overflow Emergency Response Plan specific to the task and in accordance with the City's Overflow Emergency Response Plan; and o Contractor must be within 30 miles from the City of Redlands Municipal Utilities & Engineering Department: 35 Cajon St. Suite 15A, Redlands CA 92373 o Contractor must respond to on-call sewer collection system maintenance support services within 3 hours Q&A Deadline 03/08/2022 12:00 PM (PST)
