Renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Wakeeney, Kansas. Completed plans call for the addition of a 5,450-square-foot educational facility; and for the renovation of a educational facility.
Trego Junior High/ Grade School, 612 Junction Avenue Project will consist of two phases. Phase 1 will consist of a new 5,440 s.f. hardened classroom addition with classrooms, restrooms, mech. spaces, and storage. Phase 2 will consist of remodeling of existing spaces for a new nurses office, main office and classrooms. Phase 1 will begin in the fall of 2020. Phase 2 will begin as soon as school is released in May of 2021. Trego Community High School, 1200 Russell Avenue Project will be an add alternate to Junior High / Grade School Project. Work will consist of a remodel to the existing office for secuirty and safety. A new exterior stair case will be built for access to the office. Additional work will be a new conference room in the Library and new exterior doors on the east side of the building. Work at this school shall begin as soon as school is released in May of 2021.
