Renovation of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision necessary to replace on a 1 for 1 basis all existing notification equipment to Simplex style devices. The project will include installation of additional devices in areas currently lacking coverage and upgrade the main fire alarm panel for voice capability throughout the TWC Trinity Building. Bids must be submitted in a sealed opaque envelope of sufficient size to hold the bid forms. The bidder's complete name and address must appear on the upper left-hand corner of the envelope. Any and all questions, substitution requests, clarifications, etc. must be submitted in writing to Fred Warner (frederick.warner@twc.state.tx.us) on or before Friday, August 14, 2020 at 2:00 PM.
