**As of 6/18/2021 Project was awarded to Restocon Corporation award amount $48,555.99 . The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting bids to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment, and supervision necessary to perform waterproofing, remove and replace backing and sealants, repair cracks and perform restoration and improvements on the exterior of the TWC Austin Guadalupe Building located at 1215 Guadalupe St., Austin, Texas 78701.. Any and all questions, substitution requests, clarifications, etc. must be submitted in writing to Gaye Smith(see e-mail address above) on or before April 21, 2021 @ 2:00 PM. Questions received after this deadline may be returned. Answers to questions will be posted to the ESBD http://www.txsmartbuy.com/esbd by April 30, 2021, 2:00 PM (CST). Proposals are due May 13, 2021, 2:00 PM (CST)
