Renovation of an elderly care / assisted living facility in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 200-square-foot elderly care / assisted living facility.
BHB PROJECT# 2021.011.024 The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is accepting proposals to furnish all labor, materials, insurance, equipment and supervision required for the construction of a guard station to be located in an existing space in the residential area at the TWC Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center (CCRC) building located at 4800 North Lamar Blvd, Austin, Texas 78756. Project will include demolition of existing sheetrock walls, installation of millwork, roll up metal grate window, walls, wall base trim, door, lighting and HVAC ducting. A small amount of selective ACM abatement will be required by contractor with ACM abatement plan and monitoring being supplied by TWC environmental consultant. The TWC intends to continue to occupy the building during construction and therefore the work must not interfere with normal business operations.
