Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Simi Valley, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

As described in the Bidding Documents, the bids are for a public works project, Operations and Storage Buildings Roof Rehabilitation Project at the Water Quality Control Plant (Project) which include, but are not limited to, the replacement of roofing system over approximately 25,000 square feet of roof area, including both flat and concrete tile roofing. The scope of work includes: 1) matching the existing roof color and profile; 2) removing the existing flat and tile roofing; 3) removing and installing new underlayment, membrane, cover board, flashing and sheet metal; 4) installing new walkway paths; 5) eliminating the concealed gutter system and replacing it with a traditional gutter and downspout system; 6) repairing damaged roof deck and framing as required; 7) and performing all appurtenant work necessary to complete the Project in accordance with the Bidding Documents. The expected completion time of the Project is 120 calendar days when the City issues a Notice to Proceed. Five percent (5%) will be deducted from each progress payment and retained by the City.
