Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Building envelope repair. The scope includes Cut back and removal of timber beams projecting outside of the building, followed by the patch and repair of the existing wall systems. Partial replacement of the existing stucco wall system on the North side of the building. Repair to the existing concrete board foundation covering on the South side of the building.
