The bond shall include payment of reasonable attorney's fees incurred by successful claimants in civil actions. If the winning bid is in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000), the Contractor shall obtain a performance bond equal to 100% of contract amount and shall be provided within ten (10) days of Notice of Award Upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Contractor shall commence the work within ten (10) days from the Date of the Notice and shall complete the work within ninety (90) calendar days from the date of the Notice. All bids in excess of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000) shall require a bid bond equal to 5% of contract amount or $10,000 whichever is lesser.
