The project includes improvements to the existing water and sewer lines along Pleasant Run Road from John McCain Road to the north city limit line. The water line construction will also continue into Southlake with the installation of a vault for a future water system interconnection. The water line will be constructed by methods of open cut and horizontal directional drilling. The project also includes a full depth asphalt rehabilitation for Pleasant Run Road and the addition of a concrete ribbon curb. A concrete hike and bike trail is to be constructed in the east parkway. Existing storm drain infrastructure including driveway culverts and roadway culverts will be replaced and/or upsized as part of this project. Bidders should submit all inquiries and/or questions concerning this project to the person identified below by Friday, September 11, 2020 at 5:00 P.M. Questions that result in changes to the specifications will be answered in writing and copies distributed to bidders of record in the form of an addendum.
