This Contract is for the provision of all new Products, labour, equipment and services for the performance of Metal Roof Repairs & Maintenance at the Mohawk 4 Ice Centre. Work covered in this Contract includes for the removal, disposal and replacement of the existing metal roof panel patches, removal and replacement of: existing end lap sealant and end lap fasteners; Replacement of existing ridge closure sealant; Replacement of existing rubber boot flashings at pipe penetrations, and cleaning/repainting of existing surface corroded metal roof panels at isolated areas identified on Roof Plan Drawings.
