Renovation of a municipal facility in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This specification section covers the furnishing and installation of a new field devices such as panic buttons, cabling and field termination. The panels, power supplies, software and programming will be provided under a separate contract. Furnish and install outlets, junction boxes, conduit, connectors, wiring, and other accessories necessary to complete the system installation. Requirements shall be in accordance with Division 26 00 00, Electrical. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Scott County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond. Bids may not be withdrawn within thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of opening bids, without the consent of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding. The Owner requires Substantial Completion for GC2 on or before February 11, 2021; Substantial Completion for GC1 on or before November 19, 2021; Substantial Completion fro JC on or before April 29, 2022.
