Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The project consists of Tree Removal, Grading, Gravel Trails, Graded Trails, Gravel Parking Lot, Curb & Gutter, Concrete Paving, Timber Boardwalk with Helical Piles, Lighting, Landscaping, and Restoration Bids must be accompanied by a certified check made payable to the Scott County Treasurer, or a corporate surety bond made in favor of Scott County, for at least 5% of the amount of the bid.
