Site work for a water / sewer project in Shakopee, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

As of December 3, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. The project includes the following work on the 1,500,000-gallon hydropillar reservoir, constructed by PDM in 1980 and last reconditioned in 2002 by TMI Coatings Inc. 1. Cleaning, sandblasting, and painting the entire interior wet and exterior surfaces and spot repairing the interior dry surfaces. Full containment is mandatory. 2. Structure modifications and surface repairs. Tower out-of-service schedule to start on March 24, 2025 and end by July 5, 2025. Additional Description: The approximate dimensions are as follows; tank diameter of 86-feet, high-water level 163-feet, low-water level of 121-feet, and overall height of 180-feet.
