The Code Enforcement Department for the City of Princeton, West Virginia is seeking bids from certified, licensed contractors for the demolition of a commercial structures located at 340 Mercer Street in the City of Princeton, Mercer County, West Virginia (City Tax Map 10, Parcels 371, 371.2 and 373; City Tax Map 11, Parcels 81, 82 and 83). The bid shall include any necessary asbestos abatement and demolition of the structure. The Princeton City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, waive any informality in the bidding process and accept the bid that is in the best interests of the City of Princeton. 602 Mercer St. Lots 1-15 Removal of Concrete and asphalt from back wall to sidewalk on Mercer and to side streets 7th and 5th.
