Request for Information (RFI) Deadline: All RFI's must be submitted through Bonfire electronically no later than 4:00 P.M. on August 20th 2020 Bidder shall submit with the bid a e electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to Bergen County Treasurer, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful bidders contract.
