Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Garwood, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Sealed Bids Will Be Received by the Borough Clerk of the Borough of Garwood for: "Contract 2020-3 2020 Sidewalk Repair/replacement and Tree Removal/replacement Program at Various Locations" Bids Shall Be in Accordance With Plans and Specifications Prepared by the Borough Engineer. Bidders Will Be Furnished With a Copy of the Plans and Specifications by the Engineer, Upon Proper Notice and Payment of a Check for Seventy-five Dollars ($50.) Per Contract, Payable to M. Disko Associates Said Cost Being the Reproduction Price of the Documents and is Not Returnable. Bids Shall Be Endorsed on the Outside of the Envelope With the Name and Address "Bid Proposal for Contract 2020-3 2020 Sidewalk Repair/replacement and Tree Removal/replacement Program at Various Locations". Each Proposal Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or a Bid Bond Equal to Ten Percent (10%) of the Full Amount of the Bid, Not to Exceed $20,000.00 and Made Payable to the Borough of Garwood as a Proposal Guaranty. Bidders Are Required to Comply With the Requirements of Njsa 10:5-31 Et. Seq. And Njac 17:27. The Borough of Garwood Hereby Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Award the Contract to Any Bidder Whose Proposal, in the Borough's Judgement, Best Serves Its Interest.
