Site work for a civil project in Palm Bay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The work will include, but not limited to, the following: Install appropriate erosion and sediment controls. Excavate to the design elevations. Install reinforcement, form, and pour concrete for the new reinforced concrete tank. Install various piping; valves; fittings; brackets; to connect the new process piping to the existing process piping. Backfill and compact material to final lines and grades. Furnish and install new clarifier mechanism equipment and structures, platforms, supports, brackets, piping, valves and electrical and control components in the new cast-in-place concrete tank. Furnish and install piping; valves; fittings; brackets; electrical and control conduit, wiring, panels, boxes, tubing, pneumatic components, solenoids, meters, transmitters and actuators on the exterior of the tank. Paint and coat all concrete and metal (non-aluminum and stainless steel) surfaces including treatment tank, process equipment, piping, fittings, valves/actuators, brackets/supports, panels and conduit. Pipes shall be coated from the exterior surface of the tank to the top of the ground, to the end or to 30 feet away from the tank, whichever distance is greater. Wash, clean, and test new process equipment prior to placing treatment unit into service. The City of Palm Bay reserves the right to waive technicalities, irregularities or formalities; to reject any or all Bids; to accept that Bid which is in the best interest of the City of Palm Bay; and nothing contained herein shall place a duty upon the Owner to reject any bid or award a contract based upon anything other than the Owner sole discretion as described herein. Bidders must certify that they do not, and will not, maintain or provide for their employees any facilities that are segregated on the basis of race, color, creed or national origin.
