Kaywood Drive Storm Drain -- new project - This project proposes to construct a relief storm drain on South Kaywood Drive. The proposed 24" & 36" pipes would be constructed under the existing road bed with additional inlets along S. Kaywood to relieve the existing system when it surcharges during large storms. The new system would empty into Parker Pond. This project is in included in the Wicomico County FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of April 13, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
