The Port of Salisbury Marina’s bulkhead is compromised in several areas. Surface water is penetraing the filter fabric and bulkhead in several areas causing washouts. The cost ot replace/patch the existing bulkhead would be approximately $732.00 per foot. If needed, the removal/replacement of existing electrical and water pedestals at an additional cost. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 capital improvement plan (CIP).
