Site work and outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot in Salisbury, Maryland. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The University is seeking a qualified Contractor to perform work for the addition of parking lot lighting at the East Campus (EC) Building. Included with this are the addition of three (3) Hadco Lights on the west side of Wayne Street and several building mounted gable lights. Also, the Contractor shall furnish and install two (2) new security camera poles and associated pull box and conduits as indicated on the Drawings. Power wiring is by the Contractor. Security camera cable shall be installed by the Owner. Additional Instructions - See the attached Key Information Summary Sheet for details. Please include "IFB SU-2304-SS " in your subject and provide Company Name, Address, phone # and contact name. Project Cost Class B - $100,000 to $500,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
