Renovation of an educational facility in Marshville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of October 21,2020 Davco awarded contract bid amount of $254,765.00. The work includes, but is not limited to the following items. Removal of existing modified bitumen roofing, cover board, rigid insulation and associated metal work. Removal of existing ballasted EPDM roofing, cover board, rigid insulation and associated metal work. Installation of new, rigid insulation, cover board, modified bitumen and PVC KEE roofing along with associated metal work and other conditions as indicated on drawings and specified within the project manual. Bids may not be withdrawn for (60) days after bid due date. The Owner reserves the right to reject each and every bid and to waive informalities in bidding. Bidders shall note the compliance with the Owner's Minority Participation Policy is applicable to this project.
