**As of December 30, 2024, there were not enough bids received for this project. Anticipated re-issuance of the bid is on January 22, 2025 but not definite bid date yet. This project includes: Sidewalk widening along East Main Street using concrete pavers, as well as ADA improvements, landscaping, and installation of various furnishings. a. Preconstruction meeting on January 15, 2025 b. Start of Work on February 3, 2025 c. Mobilization & establish traffic control; d. Removal of existing concrete & asphalt as shown; e. Prepare subgrade & rough grade; f. Install new concrete curbing & curb ramps; g. Install new concrete pads, pavers, & ramps; h. Install new trench drains & drainage piping; i. Install landscaped areas & stormwater treatment areas; j. Install streetscape amenities including benching & tables; k. Topsoil & seed disturbed areas; l. Mill roadway as necessary; prep subgrade & sub-base within roadway; m. Base paving & surface course paving; n. Striping & new cross walks; o. Final clean up A 5% deposit (Bid bond) must accompany bids.
