Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,444-square-foot municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
As of October 23,2020 the project is not yet awarded. Currently contracts are under review. The project consists of constructing an addition to an existing pre-engineered building. The addition consists of a new 38x38 wood framed office building connected to a new 42x38 pre-engineered metal building and an entry canopy. B. The project is federally funded.
