Update:This project involves the build out of the remaining space (approximately 7,500 sq. ft.) of 16 South Summit Avenue. It is anticipated that one or more departments will move from the current City Hall into the new facility. The specific departments which would be relocating have not been selected at this time, due to delays in the buildout of the 16 South Summit Ave. construction Project. Given this fact, it is anticipated that design will begin in late FY24 and construction in FY26 to coincide with 12 S. Summit Avenue project.
