The Contractor(s) must provide the County with the materials and services for each awarded group per the terms of the contract. Contractor(s) will be responsible for delivery of all materials unless otherwise noted. Contractor(s) must honor all warranty on equipment that hold a Manufacturer's Warranty. The warranty period will be disclosed at time of purchase and provided to the County in writing. Pricing will be inclusive of all charges for delivery; and freight. Price increases for Group II and IV will be effective upon and after an amendment to this Contract per Section C, #2, Annual Price Increase. Pricing for Groups I and II can change on notification of a price change to the Contract Administrator or designee, but the percentage discount bid must hold firm the life of the Contract.
