Description

Renovation of a water / sewer project in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The principal items of work consist of the following: a. Replacement of the existing diesel generator, automatic transfer switch, main circuit breaker disconnect, motor control center, and lighting transformer. b. Relocation of two (2) existing variable frequency pump drives and reconnection of signals to the existing PLC control panel. c. Replacement of the Booster Station heating and ventilation systems to increase capacity for new process mechanical and electrical equipment. The heating system will be replaced with two (2) electric unit heaters. The ventilation system will be replaced with a wallmounted exhaust fan and motorized intake louver. Bids will be opened and read at the scheduled date and time indicated in the Invitation for Bids.
