Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Chipman, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The Village of Chipman is soliciting tenders for Milling and Paving of a section of Route 10 to create a sidewalk, per the attached specifications, and as marked by maintenance staff. Location: Starting at the west side of the parking lot of Fresh Mart Store Civic # 444 and the edge of Main Street (Rte. 10) traveling west to Northrup Drive and down Northrup Drive and turning into Hamilton Baird Park access road as marked with orange paint. Approximate Measurements: 1.2 kilometers in length by a width of 5'. See attached Schedule "A". Thickness: One layer of 3" of compacted NB DTI asphalt "D" over the specified area.
