Outfall Installation and WwTF Construction activities will generally consist of the following components: - Archaeology Assessment for Outfall Installation (and WwTF Construction) - completed in 2024. Note: A previous archaeological assessment was also undertaken for the Outfall Installation in 2019. - Tree Clearing / Grubbing of the WwTF Construction footprint. Tree clearing was completed in December of 2024. - Geotechnical / Hydrogeological investigations. Geotechnical investigation was completed in December of 2024. - Groundwater Monitoring Well Replacement. - Outfall Installation. - Installation of below grade structures and pipe. - Installation of above grade earthen berms and lagoon. - Installation of above grade buildings. This current version (Rev. 4) builds off the previously approved EMP (Rev 3.2, approved on October 31, 2024) to include construction activities for the WwTF Construction and remaining Outfall Installation components. Outstanding scope-of-work from the Outfall Installation includes grubbing of the WwTF Construction footprint, groundwater monitoring well replacement, and outfall installation. Outfall Installation activities are anticipated to resume in Spring of 2025.
