ADA improvements on Kearney Street at various locations between Rte. 13 (Kansas Expressway) and Loop 44 (Glenstone Avenue) in Springfield, the total length of improvement being 2.709 miles. (3): Job J8S3162 Route 744 GREENE County. Resurface on Rte. 744 (Kearney Street) from east of Loop 44 (Glenstone Avenue) to Mulroy Road, and on Mulroy Road from Rte. OO to I-44, the total length of improvement being 4.416 miles. (4): Job J8S3169 Route 744 GREENE County. Resurface on Rte.744 (Kearney Street) from Springfield Airport to west of Rte. 13 (Kansas Expressway), the total length of improvement being 3.463 miles. (5): Job J8S3172 Route 744 GREENE County. ADA improvements at various locations on Kearney Street from east of Loop 44 (Glenstone Avenue) to LeCompte Road, the total length of improvement being 1.942 miles. (6): Job J8S3190 Route 744 GREENE County. ADA improvements on Kearney Street from Rte. 160 (West Bypass) to Rte. 13 (Kansas Expressway) in Springfield, the total length of improvement being 1.826 miles. (7): Job JSR0127 Route 65 DALLAS County. ADA improvements from Route 32 to 0.1 mile south of Truman Road in Buffalo, the total length of improvement being 0.888 miles. (8): Job JSU0085 Route 744 GREENE County. Add lanes and modify signals on Kearney Street from Springfield-Branson National Airport to LeCompte Avenue, the total length of improvement being 7.267 miles. Range: $7.5M to $10M Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Cashier's Check, Drawn on Any Bank or Trust Company and Payable to Director of Revenue, Credit State Road Fund, or Bidders May Submit a Bid Bond for Each Project Bid or an Annual Bid Bond That Would Cover All Projects Bid for a Twelve Month Beginning July 1 and Ending June 30 of Each Missouri State Fiscal Year. Annual Bid Bond Forms Must Be Submitted by June 15 of Each Year Bid bonds must be Submitted on a form furnished by the commission, executed by the bidder and corporate surety, and naming the "State of Missouri, acting by and Through the Missouri highways and transportation commission", as Obligee) for an amount (or penal sum) equal to 5% or more of the bid, Which check or bond shall be deposited with the commission as a guaranty and forfeited in the event the bidder is found to be the successful bidder and fails to comply with the terms of the request for bid.
