Provide labor, equipment, and materials to construct a fence around the CBJTC Prisoner of War Site. Furnish and install 3,215 linear feet of 6 ft. high, chain link fence around the perimeter of the CBJTC Prisoner of War Historical Site. Furnish and install 2 ea. 16'ft. wide swinging gates consisting of 2 - 8' panels (North Gate, South Gate), 1 ea. 4 ft. wide pedestrian swing gate (West Gate). Top of the fence and gates to have 3 strands of barb wire supported by inward slanting cap arms. All gates are to be 6 ft. tall and manually operated. The Estimated Construction Budget for this project is $35,000 - $40,000 Bids/Proposals in total excess of $100,000.00, the bidder must provide with bid, a good faith deposit in the amount of 5% of the bid by way of a bid bond from a surety insurer authorized to do business in the STATE OF FLORIDA as surety or a certified check or cashier's check accompanying the bid.
