This Project includes the complete installation of a new roofing membrane system overlay on the RBC Rangely Airport Airplane Hangar, a replacement of the RBC Rangely Airport Airplane Hanger's south wing's south wall's metal siding, and a tear off and replacement of the RBC Data Building existing roof membrane system. In accordance with the Project's Scope of Work. PROJECT LOCATION(S): 2020 Rio Blanco County Rangely Roof Projects Located at: 2248 East Main Street, Rangely Co, 81648 , 255 East Main Street, Rangely, Co, 81648 The Bidder must be a licensed and certified roofing contractor. - The Bidder must be approved, authorized, and licensed by the roof membrane manufacturer to install the manufacturer's product and is eligible to receive the manufacturer's warranty. - The Bidder must have been in business for at least (5) years. - The Bidder must have experience with Projects of similar size and complexity. - The Bidder must have previous job references that show consistently good past performance and workmanship. - The Bidder must be able to procure and maintain, at the Bidder's own cost, a policy or policies of insurance/bonds sufficient to insure against all obligations assumed by Bidder. - The Bidder must show capability and willingness to meet the Project schedule. - The Bidder must provide a minimum of three (3) references for whom similar projects have been performed including contact person, email address, mailing address, and telephone numbers. - The Bidder must provide a Certificate of Good Standing from the Colorado Secretary of State Office.
